KaHuna Massage & Bodywork
KaHuna Bodywork is a deeply flowing, heart-centred healing practice originating from the ancient traditions of Hawaii. Using long, rhythmic forearm strokes, breath, gentle stretches, and intuitive touch, this unique style of massage encourages the body to release physical tension while creating space for emotional and energetic healing. More than a massage, KaHuna is a nurturing experience that supports the nervous system, improves circulation and mobility, restores balance, and invites you into a profound state of relaxation, presence, and inner connection.
Sound Frequency Healing
Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to encourage the body and mind to return to a natural state of harmony. During your session, crystal singing bowls, therapeutic tuning forks, chimes, and other healing instruments create resonant frequencies that gently calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and promote deep relaxation. These vibrations travel through the body, supporting energetic balance while helping to release stress, emotional tension, and stagnant energy. Each sound journey is intuitively guided to create a peaceful space for restoration, clarity, and inner stillness.
Energy Healing
Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works with the body’s natural energetic systems to support balance and wellbeing. Rooted in the Japanese tradition of Reiki, meaning “universal life force energy,” this practice channels healing energy through light touch or hands held just above the body. As a Reiki Master, I intuitively work with your energy field to help clear energetic blockages, encourage the body’s own healing processes, and promote a deep sense of calm, grounding, and renewal. Many people leave feeling lighter, more centred, emotionally supported, and deeply relaxed.
