After listening to most people I know come out of 2018 like...

WTF WAS THAT?!!

We are finally in for some fun with a deeply creative, sensual & wildly transformational year ahead. This year the focus is on ourselves and aligning our body, mind and soul.

Did 2018 make or break you?

It was the year of awakening and awakenings aren't always positive and enjoyable. They are generally unpleasant and uncomfortable so if you survived the year of awakening, rest assured the worst is over and the best is yet to come.

If you haven't felt it already then brace for change! Life is calling out for personal change, transformation and growth in careers/ relationships and home life. 2019 is set to be the year to step into your true path and into bigger and more wildly beautiful things where your inner-most dreams come true.

For many people, 2018 was challenging on many levels. Physically, emotionally and spiritually you were tested and challenged to almost breaking point as you were confronted face to face those areas within your life that were preventing you from living your purpose, being yourself and experiencing your happiness here on earth.

Many lessons and blessings were set in stone as relationships were outgrown, work and career paths no longer held interest and that strong desire to break free from friendships that were draining or suffocating your spirit emerged.

2019 in numerology is all about joy, creativity, communication, emotional sensitivity, expression, socialising… and I will say it again… JOY!!! So 2019 will be a year of fun, allowing our passionate hearts drive our endeavours, being lighter, more free-spirited, creatively expressive and putting PLAY into our work, our relationships, our finances & our health & wellbeing. If you’ve been holding on for dear life to things, people or situations that no longer resonate with the person you are becoming, then letting go will often lead you down a journey of freedom, happiness and clarity.

Massive shifts are on the horizon and it is time to start honouring yourself and putting yourself first to FREE YOURSELF.

This year is about taking charge of your life and finding your happiness, your true nature, your unique passions, your calling, your purpose and what truly ignite the torch of your soul. This is a playful, visionary, joyful, creative and expressive year of getting back in touch with ourselves, the beauty in life and the wonderful life experiences that are out there just waiting to happen.

Ask yourself, what is it that your heart truly desires and is where I am and what I am doing making me happy... Honesty, integrity and authentic communication will be the driving force to come to terms with your reality and be a heartfelt advocate for change.

Our attitude is the most important thing happening in your life not what's happening. When you are busy counting your blessings, you switch your energy state from lack and limitations to abundance and manifestations. This powerful way of thinking and speaking will shift your life, uplift your mood, open doors within your soul, and takes you on a journey of bliss.

Adjust your mental thoughts by claiming your blessings. There's so much good happening in your life. There's things you might not even notice because your mind has made you forget what's real. The truth is, you are blessed. You have always been.

Replace irrational and limiting thoughts, with healthy, constructive & radiant ways of communication and experience freedom, happiness, love and a more beautiful life.
