As humans we are often our own worst critiques and often see things much worse than they really are. If you accidentally drank too much, ate your body weight in chocolate, slept in or skipped your gym session or did something else you shouldn't have, It doesn't make you a bad person. You're human, welcome to the club. Their are about 7 billion of us. Wellbeing means whole body, so it is just as important your soul is getting as much of a work out as your gluteus.




Life is more than what you see, It's what you feel, how you feel.

I hope your life is filled with love, passion and happiness and people that would run a mile for you. After all, we are the creators of our universe and it is up to us to make our dreams become a reality.

1 - Practise Gratitude Be grateful for what you already have and you will attract more good things.

Gratitude is realising everything that you already have.

It's being happy with what you're given. It is the realisation that things could be far worse in our lives, yet here we are breathing.

2 - Do not Compare 'Comparison is the thrift of Joy'. Stop wasting your life comparing yourself to others. Be the best version of you.

3 - Be surrounded by positive people. Surround yourself with positive, happy and humble people who bring out the best in you, make time for you and that lift you higher.

4 - See the beauty in life. To me, beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin. It's about knowing and accepting who you are. You must look beyond the imperfections to really see the beauty that surrounds you.

5- Filter Negative Stimulation. Detox yourself from media and the silent pressures put on you to be a certain way. Be real and avoid using the measuring stick that society holds to value you.

6- Detox Thoughts. Do not allow your mind to dwell on doubt, negativity or criticism.

7- Treat people as you wish to be treated. How people treat you is a reflection of them and has nothing to do with you.

8- Embody Confidence You can still love your body you have while working on the body you want Get comfortable in your own skin! Don't be afraid of it, or what other people think of it.. it's the greatest instrument you will ever own.

9 -No Judgement or criticising. Practise self love Everyone is fighting a battle you know nothing about.

10 - Live in the Present Now is the only moment we have control of and we will never get this moment back.

11 -Find the balance in life Don't invest everything into one thing or one person. Find something you love to do outside your regular routine. Find your passion or something that makes you come alive. Travel, explore, draw, move, create, always keep learning and challenging your body + mind.

12- Finally... laugh! As much as you can, whenever you can. Embrace your inner child... Since when did life become so serious? Sing, dance, be silly and do something you never thought you'd do. Let yourself step into the unknown and allow your mind and body to run wild & free. Be flexible with life, your mind and body.
